We regret to inform you that as a result of recent financial difficulties, Bombshell Limited (trading as Bombshell), has ceased to trade and will no longer be accepting any further orders.

Customers with outstanding refunds or unfulfilled orders, are recommended to review the FAQs to determine your options.
Bombshell Limited will shortly be entering Liquidation therefore please contact the proposed Joint Liquidators of Bombshell Limited on bombshellhq@menzies.co.uk should you wish to register your details as a creditor of the business.

LIQUIDATION FAQs
Q1. I have returned my order, but have not received my refund.
A1. If you have not received your refund post 1 May 2024, then unfortunately the Company is unable to return these funds to you. In the first instance, you are recommended to contact your card provider to determine whether they are able to return these funds to you.

If your card provider is not able to return the funds, your position will be that of a creditor of the Company and you should contact the proposed Joint Liquidators at bombshellhq@menzies.co.uk to register your details for the upcoming Liquidation.
Q2. I have made a purchase online but have not received my order.
A2. If you have not received a dispatch notice then unfortunately Bombshell is not able to complete your order which will now be cancelled. You are recommended to contact your card provider to determine whether they are able to return the amount paid to you.

Q3. I have received my order but now wish to return my item/items.
A3. Following Bombshell’s cessation of trade, the business is no longer able to receive and process refunds.
You are welcome to keep the item or items purchased however should you not be happy with the item or items, these can be returned but the company will not be in a position to refund you. You can raise this with your card provider to determine whether they are able to return the amount paid to you.

If your card provider is unable to return the funds please note, unless the item is faulty, you will not be considered a creditor in respect of the liquidation.
Should your item be faulty, please contact the proposed Joint Liquidators, Menzies LLP on bombshellhq@menzies.co.uk and they will register your details on their system to ensure you receive all correspondence on the process going forward.
Q4. I am a trade creditor of Bombshell Limited. What should I do?
A4. Please contact the proposed Joint Liquidators at bombshellhq@menzies.co.uk and they will register your details on their system to ensure you receive all correspondence on the process going forward.
